The above postage fees apply to domestic orders only. Postage fees for international orders (regardless of payment method) will be calculated and charged at the time your order is ready to be sent, based on weight and destination. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MIN ORDER VALUE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IS AUD25.00.
We will endeavor to send your order ASAP. However, for large orders and orders including handmade items, we require up to 2 weeks to prepare your order. We recommend that you order with plenty of time to spare.
Your products will be sent via Australia Post (domestic or international) - we only send items Registered Post. Alternatively, you can request that your items be sent via a courier service nominated by you at your additional cost - please let us know at checkout and we will send you an invoice for the additional cost.
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS IN TRANSIT IS AT YOUR RISK. If you want to purchase transit insurance for your package, please let us know at checkout and we will send you an invoice for the additional cost.
Products
Whilst we try to keep our website up to date at all times, items ordered by you may occasionally be out of stock or no longer available. In that case, we will always contact you to let you know and to discuss whether there is a suitable alternative.
Please note that, particularly given the handmade nature of some of our items, there may be minor variations between what you see online and what is delivered.
If you are ordering INVITATIONS or COLOURING BOOKS please be sure to include your child's name and the date of your party in the comments section of your order. For invitations, you will also need to include the time and address for the party and RSVP details. You are welcome to add additional text to the invitations, but we generally recommend that you keep it reasonably short and sweet so they don't look too cluttered.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tin toys sold on I♥PARTIES are sold as decorations only and should be kept out of reach of children at all times. Tin toys should only be operated by responsible adults and children should be supervised at all times.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Once your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
We undertake that all products leave our premises in excellent condition. We will not be responsible for damage caused in transit. If you wish to purchase transit insurance (at your additional cost), you need to let us know at the time of order.
Returns will be accepted at I♥PARTIES sole discretion, and returns will not be accepted with respect to opened and/or used products.
Refunds will only be available for defective merchandise.
Postage, packaging and handling fees will not be reimbursed or refunded in any circumstances.
Exclusion of liability
I♥PARTIES is not responsible for:
- any injury, loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person using products supplied by I♥PARTIES;
- any loss or damage to any products during or following delivery to you.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used primarily for the purpose of completing your order. We may also use your contact details to communicate with you about offers or products that may be of interest to you. |
